Word 07 Macro Help

Since I upgraded my version of the Windows 7 -- from beta to the newest one they released -- whenever I open up my copy of Word 07 around five to ten dialogue boxes pop up telling me that 'The function you are attempting to run contains macros or content that requires macro language support. When this software was installed, you (or your administrator) chose not to install support for macros or controls.'

Now, I read over what it was telling me to do, and attempted to do all of the different ways it was telling me to solve this problem, but none of it solved the pop ups.
I also checked the Microsoft website, downloaded their instructional help video for this subject, but that wasn't even really the same thing that was happening to me, theirs was more like a warning appearing at the top of the program saying that macros were blocked.
So I feel like I've tried everything and since the work I am doing right now needs me to have multiple documents open as well as plenty of blank ones and the constant pop-ups are really pissing me off.
If anyone could help me solve this problem I would be very grateful.
