How to reset Dictionary Language from English U.S. to U.K?

Everytime i do a spelling and grammar check in OFFICE WORD 2003, it defaults to English U.S. and it's driving me quite mad.
How do i reset it so that it's always in English U.K.?

Check this link,
I had the same problem its sooooooooooooooo anoying but i finally figured mine out.If you go to the bottom of the screen when your in word you shoud see a button saying English U.K or US etc. Press that button and a box will come up. Look in the box there shoud be 2 tick boxes. Make sure the box saying "Do not check spelling or grammer" is not checked.

Thanks Tom, it's quite deceptive cos you have to double click on that 'button' and only then the box comes up. Mine [do not check spelling or grammar] was already unchecked, so i clicked on DEFAULT and chose English U.K. as the default. That seemed to do the trick. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction! Finally after 3 years of writing thousands of pages, i don't have to 'add to dictionary' the U.K spelled words anymore. Better late than never i guess.
