Excel 2007 and "unrefreshed cells"

I have a Dell XPS 410, with Vista pro, and MS Office Excel 2007 and 2 monitors. From time to time Excel will only show part of a spreadsheet I'm working on, I'll have to select all the cells with the cursor to display their contents. Literally, parts of the screen are just not drawn, cell lines or anything. Once I select all the cells, they will display properly, but if I go to another part of the screen, this problem will reoccur. This is really annoying. I haven't been creating hidden cells or any such thing. Any suggestions?

Knew the video drivers were buggy. Call your machine's maker and ask about it.
