Tickers not displaying?

Hi there,
I'm cutting and pasting emails into a word document, but the tickers (little images with a web link) aren't displaying? I've checked that images are meant to be displayed, and inserted a normal image, no probs. On a previous word doc (on a different system) they just statically pasted in - any thoughts?

I've got no idea, but I would like to see such a mail to try it myself. It might depend on how the sender does it, for example.

For some unknown reason you can't mail me, but if you go to your member profile and set it to "allow other members to mail me" (or words like that) I can mail you. I'll send you my emailaddress then so you can forward such a mail to me and I'll have a look at it.
If you prefer, you can disable that option afterwards, of course.

You can trust me not to mis-use your email address, of course. Nobody else will see it.
