Printing Excel file without printing hidden columns/rows.

Is there a way to print an excel file and only print out the columns/rows that aren't hidden??

I just tried in my Excel 2000, just installed yesterday. New spreadsheet, filled three colums, hid the middle one, print preview, and wow only two showed up.
In fact, I couldn't find a setting to PRINT a hidden column, just as you probably can't find to NOT print it.

What's your version of Excel? Then maybe somebody with that version can try.

Kees - thanks for your response.

After tinkering with it a bit more, I was able to figure out the problem. The user had manual page breaks set in the file and for some reason made it so that everything printed out. After removing the manual page breaks, I tried printing again and wow...no hidden columns/rows printed!

Mystery solved!!
