Mouse

Can anyone tell me what might need to be done on my laptop to get the mouse to work...I have a wireless mouse that works fine, all of a sudden the mousepad on my laptop does not work. I don't know if maybe i mistakenly pushed something to stop it from working.

Please advise.

Here's why it matters. As well as all the other items asked for by the Forum Tip and "a story".

I use a few laptops and a little button above the mouse pad turns off the mouse pad/buttons. I can't know if you have this feature.

check System tray

A buddy of mine had a laptop with the ability to turn off the pad via a right-click on an icon in the system tray. Just a possibility.
