how can i change the default Win 2k startup path

During the boot sequence I'm presented with a choice of continuing to win2k pro setup (the default option) or to win 2K pro. Which means the startup must be attended. How can I change the startup default option to a direct startup into Win 2k pro?

I've found the answer thru other sources. The path Control Panel\System\Advanced Tab provides a drop down memu which allows you to change the default startup path.

How would we get to that control panel before Windows 2000 is installed?
