Hi All,
fact: i will install a new server, as domain controller os=win 2003 sbs but i still have another server wich is running win nt 4.0 spk 6 as a WORKGROUP wich i still need the users to access data from there so since each computer workstation that needs to access the domain CONTROLLER needs to be member of the domain, what can i do to still allow the same workstation to access the workgroup(win nt 4.0 server) ?

Thanks a lot and excuse my ignorance

Maybe I have the same big book on Windows Server Administration and could point to a chapter on this.

And that's the rub or problem. This setup is over a few paragraphs so I won't be typing that in. There is a shortcut to all this and that is to just migrate to the new server and remove the old server. That's what I would do as any NT 4.0 machine is usually ready to die.
