Keylib#15 file is missing with IncredimailXe

Yes I have windows 2000 and I had incredimail for 4years and now I can't get no to check my e-mails or send e-mails. I get a message saying that it can't run due to the fact keylib#15 file is missing I pay for the Gold and the Premium. What can I do. I have folders that I can not get into. Pictures of my parents in their younger years they had past on, PLEASE HELP me to get incredimail. When I try to upgrade it it say that the version am trying to up grade is older then what I have. I try for a month to get incredimail back PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

But Incredimail is nothing we allowed on machines at work, home or anywhere so I have no answer save what you may find at google.com. If you do pay for this software, start at http://www.incredimail.com/english/help/im/support_contact.html for support.

Somebody out there help me!

I have IncredimailXe and I get a message saying critical error has occured Incredimail can not continue this session Details keylib#15file missing. I have windows 2000 and had incredimailXe for 4 years I really want to get this back please help somebody. My files is in there of my parents when they was younger, but they had pass on PLEASE HELP!

Sorry but this forum is about "Windows 2000/NT", the operating system. While I know a little about that, I don't know how to fix this issue which is why I offered a support link and other links.

This is also one of out lower volume forums. If you can't bring yourself to talk to Incredible Mail's support which is the right thing to do then try our Computer Help forum but be ready for those the tell you that you shouldn't use this software. Just ignore those replies and hope someone has a fix.

I think you need to use the maker's support channels.
