message on event viewer Cluster Agent Error

I have a Compaq proliant ML350 server running WIN NT 4.0 SERVER spk 6, and just yesterday the server rebooted about 3 times itself, so i checked the Event viewer, System and i got this under the column Sources: Foundation agents column category: 15, column event: 3871 so then when i double click on that row to see specifically what this Foundation agents is i got this:

"Component: Compaq cluster agent error:the agent could not open the cluster service registry key.cause: the cluster service may have not been installed, a corrupt registry or a low memory condition. rebooting the server may correct thi error, or try to reinstall the cluster service."

I have uninstalled anything from there this server has been working fine until yesterday i got this, by the way i ran a few minutes ago Diskeeper over two of the 4 hd and after a little while i got the same message on the screen that the server will reboot in about 35 seconds cause something related with the cluster service, i checked after the reboot the event viewer and the same message is shown as above the compaq cluster agent error.

Any suggestions how to trouble shoot or find a solution, this is a Domain server so each time is reboting i got users off the server as well some printers that are running from there too, i googled and i did not find anything about it.

That may be pushing your luck to run NT 4 on such new hardware. Did you try the usuals?

1. Disable USB, audio in the BIOS.
2. How long has it been in service? That is I come across these and find the CPU heatsink clogged.
3. Disable Diskeeper for now. It's not needed when you have a rebooting machine.

Thanks to get back to me,
1-That may be pushing your luck to run NT 4 on such new hardware. Did you try the usuals ? I have this computer for about 8 years and it is been the same way up to now, the only thing we added 7 years ago was a Raid 1, You meant the usuals to dissable the usb, audio from bios ? No yet, i will do it at the end of the day from the setup screen, When everyone has gone, i hope i can dissable it from bios

Remark: the only thing i did probably about last year was install a usb driver on this win nt machine to recognize usb devices, actually the only thing it will recognoze is a usb flash or jumper drive, my intention was to be able to recognize a usb HD, the purposes create an image of the whole server and put it into an external usb hd using acronis windows server software in just in case the hds start failing then i can restore or recover from the usb ext hd, but anyway we have not got the software, i recalled that this type of rebooting happened before and was probably after i installed that usb drivers utility.

That's too far off the reservation.

That is, "unsupportable." Windows NT 4 never had "support" for USB. You can add such but no one will sign on for this or depend on a server for long with duck tape solutions. Move as fast as you dare back to the last supported configuration.

As to the heatsink, why would there be a question?
