Windows 2000/NT forum: User ID issues

User ID issues

My system is in a local network named "xxxxx_sys". I used to log in into my sytem with a user id named "xyz" which was deleted by mistake by the sysadmn.

I am currently not able to access any of the softwares which were installed with that id. Infact, I again tried creating the same id but this also doesnot help.

Is there any way out for me to access all the softwares installed with the id "xyz"?

Any suggestion/advice would be really helpful at this time.

Such as do you know how to make a shortcut?

I was not pleased as one owner had a similar plea and didn't know to create a shortcut as well as no skill to build a menu in the Start, menu area.

Your post is void of detail so where to start? Besides you could just reinstall the applications.
