Identifying grey OS disks

I've been tidying up and come across several sets of grey OS disks for my various Mac G4s. Don't know which is which though. It doesn't even seem to be the oldest machine has the earliest OS version. Does anyone know of a resource that allows the various grey OS disk part numbers to be matched with the computer they were originally shipped with ?

Years ago I found myself with a box full of wall warts (chargers) from years of gear that I had as well as from years past.

It dawned on my I was not going to find out what each belonged to so since that day I've labeled each unit with a nice label from the machine. If the machine is not available I used a sharpie.

Years later and this is no longer a mystery.

I assume from the lack of proper responses (apart from the wise guy !) that no simple table of what disk went with what machine exists.

Oh well, I'll do it the hard way.
