Clicking on the + does not open it all the way either.

One wonders exactly what computer you are using

and what operating system it is running.

We could assume it's a Mac of some sort, but only because you posted in a Mac forum.

Would be nice if you were to post all the relevant information, along the lines of the red note at the bottom of every new post window.
