Outlook not working on MAC VMWare Windows parallel session

Hi there, I am running a parallel Windows session on my Mac and Outlook will not connect with the server over my Telco wireless but will connect over a public wireless like at an airport or cafe. Also it used to work. As you can tell I am not techie but this is driving me crazy and I am willing to learn.

Outlook 2003 for example is dead until I installed Office's SP3 for Microsoft Office. This tidbit has bit me more than once.
