Help me create a bootable usb montain lion drive in windows7

Hello everyone .

I have a macbook air with a formatted HD , when booted it loads straight to disc utility hence no OS on the machine .

What i have is a windows 7 laptop with the following

1. InstallESD.dmg Mac Disk Image File mountain lion 0.8

2. 8gb usb pen

I would be very great full if you could help me transfer the DMG file onto the usb penon my windows machine to make it boot on my macbook air .

I have tried a couple of methods but none seem to work

I don't see a Windows solution to this one. https://code.google.com/p/instadmg/ notes a tool but looks pretty expert to me.

Why not install MAC OS X the standard ways? For years I've used USB DVDRW drives and (natch) OS X from Apple on DVDs.

What are the standard ways you talk of?

I am very new to mac and OS X so any info would be great.
