UNINSTALL safari update it wont open

i installed a safari update cause cnet tech tracker said i should. will not open says i need osx 10.8 i have osx 10.7.5 how can i uninstall and get my old safari back ineed it to log into an internet class i am taking they do not support firefox so i need this really bad for class tonite

What won't open? Safari or the Update?

If the update requires 10.8 then it would not have installed anything.
