These drivers are specific to your Mac and would normally be supplied by Apple for use with Boot Camp.
During the initialization of the Boot Camp partition there was a point at which the Boot Camp utility mentioned making a CD. This CD contained all the drivers necessary for Windows to user the Mac hardware.
Because you are trying to use a version of Windows that is not supported by Apple, you do not have those special drivers and are not able to create them.
You have already mentioned that Boot Camp keeps telling you that you do not have Windows 7, so it may not be possible to make that CD using Vista.
Purchase Windows 7 and move on
