Is posting photos in that Facebook account any different from posting photos into any other Facebook account?
What difficulty are you having? it makes no difference what computer you are using or what Operating System, so I am mystified what the problems are.

As there does not seem to be anything wrong with your computer or iPhoto, the problem must lie with the Page you are trying to upload to.
What do they say about your problem?

there is no facility for members of the public to post pictures there. The page is to well laid out to be the work of just random posters.
