Apple Mail - reload e-mail from server

I have Mail set to delete all messages on the server after 1 week. This works fine. On rare occasions, I want to reload a message from the server after I **LOCALLY** deleted the message.

I can't find a way to do that in Mail. I can use Web mail to get to the locally deleted messages, but this is rather cumbersome, even if done only occasionally--or maybe because I do it so infrequently.

Any tips how to do it using Apple Mail would be appreciated.
