I'm always an early adopter
If there are new features or fixes out, I want to have them. Normally, patches are supposed to fix more than they break, but you never know.
I haven't had any problems yet. As of today, I do know that attempting to network my MacBook to all the Vista machines in the house is ridiculously more complicated than it needs to be, but that I think is just part of having multiple platforms around.
iTunes is always sluggish when I plug a device in, check for app updates, or when I'm trying to manage downloads or account information. On occasion, the whole program will crash, but not too often. I almost always leave it open; I use Synergy to control my songs from the menu bar. MacHeist is helpful.
I haven't had any problems after waking from sleep at all, but with 13,000 views, that does sound like a real problem indeed. Well, Snow Leopard is just around the corner. Now that I think of it, with Intel Macs headed that way, future Leopard updates for PowerPC machines should be stripped of their UB code to slim things down. I don't know if they'd want to manage older OS updates for Intel and PPC Macs separately like that, but it may help some folks in the long run.
