Administrator???

I just bought a used G4 powerbook and I want to get rid of the previous owners name as the administrator. How do I go about?

First, create an Administrators account for yourself.
Then, using the OS X install disk, reset the password for the other users.
Log in as the old administrator and recover everything you want.
Go to System prefs, Accounts and delete the old account
