BSOD help needed

I am running Windows 7 sp on an Aspire One D270 netbook. I got BSOD a week ago but it happened twice yesterday and again today. I want to try and solve it before it is happening constantly! The only thing I can catch is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but I have turned off the automatic restart now so I should be able to catch it all if it happens again.
It seems to happen most when I am running Apache Open Office and working online at the same time, but the first few times it happened this wasn't the case. I need to finish my coursework and I don't really have any idea what I am doing!
I have run the memory diagnostics tool and that was fine, I've run Spybot and Avast full scans and they were fine. My Windows updates are all complete. Someone suggested it could be uTorrent but that that definitely wasn't running the first few times I got BSOD, it was only running the very last time it happened. I only run that when I need it and it is closed immediately it finishes because it's so huge and my computer is slow at the best of times! I have tried to include all the reports from scans run so far but it's complaining about invalid characters, how would I include the reports?
