My computer is randomly turning itself off.

Hi, my name is Isak, and half a year ago i bought a computer which is rather expensive. It costed about 14 000 swedish crowns. And a couple of days ago it started having problems.
It's randomly turning itself off. Well maybe not randomly because I think it's an overheating problem. I have read online that computers might turn itself off if it goes above the temperatures it's supose to. I think it's my cpu, which is an IntelCore i7 3770k 3.5 ghz cpu. And it got the original fan that comes along with it. (Here is where I think the problem lies.) But maybe it's the graphics card.
And i have a big tower which is very airy, so I don't think that's the problem.
Anyways, the problem was that after it turned itself off, it went back on, by itself, and went full fan speed. I can hear it log into windows because i hear the startup sounds etc. But nothing is showin on the screen, like the computer isn't even on. After a few tries with turning it off and on, a couple of times, it started again. With windows and everything showing on screen. But later it had the same problems again...
I have tried cleaning it, not very good though, but i just took the dust on the fan.
What should I do? Clean it more carefully or should I replace it with a much better fan?
Maybe it's not even the cpu's fault?
Please tell me what you think, and I would be very happy!
