Computer wont start after 72hrs+ of not being used. Help!

I Left on thursday, turning it off properly and turning it off at the plug as I always do. When I came back on sunday I turn it on and at first it went straight to BIOS with an Instant flash error/warning (couldnt figure out what it meant by looking online-[most if not all of the similar posts where about updating/flashing/something to do with the motherboard/BIOS?]-so I restored windows to a previous version which fixed it temporarily)

I should say now that when I turned it on and I removed all USB devices it would start up occasionally, but my keyboard requires (for some reason) to be plugged in from powering up to work. (Steel series 6gV2) Also before I restored it to a previous version It would sometimes stop at displaying the windows7 flag/logo and do nothing.

I turned my computer on this morning to put some music on my phone before work and a similar thing happened on start up. This time it went straight to BIOS and wouldnt start no matter what I did. (I have only had a small fiddle, changing boot order restarting with nothing connected etc.) Is this a Hardware problem? Am I going to have to run some diagnostic checks when I get back or is this just a case of corrupted files and I'll have to re-install Win7?

Crucial M4 120GB SSD
Seasonic 1TB HDD

OCZ ModXStream 600w PSU
Windows 7 (Installed on SSD)
