Fresh install of windows 7 getting blue screens?!

My roommates computer is having an interesting problem. I know a decent amount about computers but i have tried a lot of things and am coming up dry. This is the dump from the analysis.I am hoping someone with a little more computer knowledge might be able to help me figure out what i need to do to fix this!
