Toshiba Satelite windows 7

<b>After I restore my Toshiba to factory default, it display Toshiba
with continues configuring system that have lasted for more than 5hrs
yet not changes. I tried restarting my laptop for several times.</b>

Have you tried restoring it a second time?

Did you delete all partitions and format the drive during the process?
