Microphone not working all the sudden

I've had a Behringer C-1U for around 7 months now, and it's always worked great. A few days ago, it just stopped working. It doesn't show up on my recording devices list, and when I unplug it and plug it back in, it says "USB Device not recognized", then the green light on my microphone fades out. Is it broken? How can I fix this?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
HP p6610f
AMD Athlon II X4 635 Processor 2.90 GHz
4 GB RAM
700 GB HDD
