Not sure what you mean. Have you tried to uninstall it? Your question is lacking many details.

Conduit related items..

Anything Conduit-related should be able to be removed with AdwCleaner. Please read "AdwCleaner Usage Instructions" at the site.

I would also suggest following with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, if you haven't done so already.

As Coryphaeus mentioned, your post is lacking many details. Hopefully, AdwCleaner will do the job.
