Powerpoint presentation w/out using computer-possible?

I am soon to make a powerpoint presentation to potential customers.

This presentation is the result & consolidation of an enormous amount of prior work, along with the effort that has gone into the powerpoint presentation itself. It contains some original work/intellectual property. I want to ensure its IP protection & overall security.

However, I do not posses any form of mobile computing, but will likely do so at some point later.

Is there an interim measure I can take that will enable me to make the presentation _without_ my own mobile computer? Or any form of computer?

To ensure security & protection, I do not wish to utilise another person's computer, mobile or otherwise.

what you want to do. Power Point must be run on a computer. Period. If you're dead set on not using a computer, then it cannot be done.

You can use a tablet

I just emailed myself a PowerPoint presentation, and opened it with my Kindle Fire, so you could use a tablet. Of course my screen is only 7", so I don't know how big an audience you're looking to present this to. Another alternative would be to put the file(s) on a flash drive. Then you could use somebody else's computer to open the files from the flash drive and present them without having to ever put them on that person's computer. Of course you could also invest $500 in a laptop computer and you'd have the ideal thing for your purpose.

Handouts or Video

You can use the export function in PowerPoint to print out handouts, or make a DVD that allows you to play a video to your clients with a $20 DVD player or DVD/TV combo.

It's called a slideshow. You have transparencies made up of the individual slides, or actual slides, and then show them. Assuming you can find a transparency or slide projector. Or you can just print the sides off and hand them out as already suggested. You lose all the animations, but you shouldn't be adding that kind of garbage to a presentation anyway. It just screams that your content is lacking, so you needed to try and hide/distract from it with these animations.
