Problem with slow internet speeds Fast Speed Test

Hello just started having problems with my laptop at home, when im connected via wifi or ethernet my internet runs really slow, i can open google fast, type in a search term fast, and get results fast but when i click on the page it is super slow, i did a speed test and talked with my isp and they said everything looks normal they did ping test and said they looked good, they sent me a new router and i get the same results, if i use my other laptop it is fast infact anything in the house using wifi is fast, smart tv phone everything. When i bring my computer to work that is slow at home its fine at work, but than back at home it crawls, like i said this just started to happen, i used some stupied probram awhile ago spyhunter and it asked me about DNS settings or what not, i think i clicked accept, not sure if this has to do with it or not, everything else runs great, showing now signs of malware or virus.

Any help would be great.

And set your DNS back to stock or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Ok im going to try this out, but why would my laptop run fast and fine at work, with the same speed test results, here as the same at home, but run slow at home, other stuff runs fine at home.

Wild guess. A good IT staffer would block bad sites and IPs and home networks don't. So if this rogue is calling home on your home network, then it could be sucking your bandwidth blood.
