cant explian what kind of problem is ths

yes,its my laptop battery,its always on 9% charging and when i letterly plug it off for a second the laptop turns off ,i alredy got new btterys couple times,and i took the laptop for someone to fix,he told me tht its totaly fine,so what to do?
i alredy tried cleaning dust off,didnt work,and its not the heeat

I found adapters that worked but if you moved them is a certain way, they didn't work anymore. The cause is a broken cable/wiring or what's left is few wires doing the job when it should far more, thus the "amps" as ready to flow. The other ise of this is the laptop plug-in for adapter, these all too often are broken or weaken for whatever reason. Only a teardown and inspection will do. As for batteries, are these from a trusted source? Rebuild or recycle batteries are OK, but they tend to not last long and have a shorter life cycle. Spanking brand new from the OEM maker for your model# laptop is typically the best way to go, seriously.

See, if you can borrow another similar AC adapter. Maybe a battery from same model or one that uses the same battery or swap to charge in thier laptop, only if similar. You have to check and verify that 100%.
