My pc ip spam problem anybody help me

When i want create account several site then some of website show me ip was gone spam list or blacklist. My ask how can i remove my computer ip from spam list.

That list is maintained by the webmaster/administrator or those sites on their server. Since he is the only one that has access to it, you have to ask him to remove you from that list.
