Computer Booting Problem

Everytime I try to start my computer a blue Asus screen pops up that says Please press DEL to enter EFI BIOS setting, i am unable to press anything because my computer freezes up. The TPU light is also on and i have removed most of my hardware and rebooted but it stays on they same boots screen and once again my computer freezes. Please Help

EFI is pretty new stuff. All EFI laptops I've run into are well inside the warranty.

Why are you removing hardware?
