Samsung Notebook Device Drivers

Hi I have a Samsung Notebook QX-411-W01US purchased from BestBuy and I am having difficulties finding the drivers that I need. It recently crashed on me and would not restore so I used the Samsung recovery disk to restore it. Everything seemed fine but I cannot connect to the internet.
My device manager says that the following drivers are not installed:
3D Video Controller
Ethernet Controller
Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N + WiMAX6150
Network Controller
PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

Also there are no programs installed on it as there were when I bought it but my hard drive is saying that I have used 186gb.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Clarification request: Such should be on the restore media.

If the restore media fails it could mean the laptop crash was a sign that the laptop needed repairs and not an OS/driver issue.

Thanks Bob, I'm hoping its not a hardware issue. It blue screened after my notebook died during startup. I haven't tried installing any of the drivers just yet because I cannot find the right ones. I will also post in the Samsung forum.

The QX-411- etc, does not match any model number listed on their support page.
Flip the book over and look for a different result. Most there , seem to start with a different letter combination than Q.
