Don't know what to plug into motherboard (Level 10 GT)

I recently bought a Thermaltake Level 10 GT, and there's a lot of wires that comes with the case that goes into the motherboard, I plugged them into what I thought they were supposed to go into, but the computer would not power on. I would apreacate some help if you can, here are some pictures to show you the cables, motherboard, and more.

You need the PC Manual or Motherboard manual

to help you place those wires.

Focus on the PW+/- (POWER) and the RES+/-.(RESET)

Worry about the the 'others' later.
