I'm in a small office running a series of networked computers through one server. We're having recurring email and shared drive connectivity issues, though internet appears mostly unaffected.
I read about 'Pinging' the server to see if there is a connectivity issue and got a 100% loss rate.
So question 1 - is there anything else I can do to check the server connectivity and
Question 2 - what can we do to resolve this?
