Lost my Laptop Video Card

So today I lost my video card. I believe it happened while my computer was booting up my cat was sitting on the keyboard and may have somehow disabled it. Now when I restart my computer I get the following error message:
"The AMD VISION Engine Control Center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adapter. Please update your AMD graphics driver, or enable your AMD adapter using the Displays Manager"
The screen resolution also boots up in 800x600 wheres before it has always been set to and started up in 1600x900. I went into my computer properties and it told me to update the Windows Experience Index and it has changed the Graphics to Desktop Preformance for Windows Aero and also the gaming graphics each which have a score of 1.
I have a AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon(HD) Graphics 1..9 Ghz listed, however I believe it has somehow been disabled. I went into the device manager and didn't have any luck finding anything to enable it. Any advice?
