Folder Pictures-Help Plz

I like to put pictures onto my folders,just like tagging mp3 files with album art cover(I use Mp3tag for tagging my mp3 files).But whenever i try to move my custom folder to another computer the picture disappear. I have tried the desktop.ini method but it failed.Is there any software(i am using windows vista and windows 7)which can help solve this issue.waiting for response.

Explorer does not supply such a feature. However there are industrious folk that write SCRIPTS to get such done. Here's one example.

There are also other folk that write scripts to save such and apply them on another PC. But EXPLORER!!!! does not have this feature.
