Ive been having some issues with sound when watching videos lately. When watching videos off netflix I have no issues. But if I were to watch something off hulu or youtube it usually doesn't work on my first try. If I restart my computer it will usually work no problem.
I am using an acer aspire netbook:
Running Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD C Series Processor 1GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
250GB 5400RPM Hard Drive
Any what is going on with my sound and how to fix it?

Flash Hardware Acceleration was is not enabled. Any other ideas?
Sadly it may be the low end CPU.

AMD C Series Processor 1GHz is not much. You have to be real careful about running any other apps since there's not much horsepower there. You might try less than full screen playback. My older netbook had the same issue and full screen play was not possible and it had a faster CPU than what you noted.

Ive had the netbook for over a year and have watched allot of videos on it over the past year and never had any issues. iIf the problem was the cpu would it all the sudden start acting up now?
Could be many things. Such as

1. Malware.
2. Someone accepted a driver from Microsoft (please don't folk.)
3. The antivirus or such changed, updated. Example? I had to turf AVG this week for an issue. No hard feelings, I'll try it again when I hear it's fixed.
Look for any clues as you use the machine. Look at event viewer, task manager and of course get out your canned air.
If nothing is found, you can restore it to the factory condition and if the hardware is fine, it will be fine again.
