message on start up..this bios is exclusively....

so i go to turn my computer on and all i see a black screen and up in the left corner it says " This BIOS is exclusively for Acer only Copyright (C) 2002-2011, Acer Inc". Its doesnt look like it is recognizing my keyboard so really dont know what to do..

my comp...
gateway sx2370-ur10p
using windows 7 home

ya it worked fine the night before, haven't changed anything, not hardware in the comp or any settings

When there are USB devices plugged in. Don't let the fact it worked before stop you now. Power off, unplug all USB things and try again.

It sounds like a hardware failure. Try this common reset. Very safe, fast to do.

Unplug everything from the PC. Including power. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release, apply power, video connection (only) and power up.
