If it isn't a software error (because you have good drivers and a good OS) it's a hardware error.

It's either the monitor or the videocard. A monitor might be easier to replace, so maybe better start with that. Just swap one with a friend or family member.

If it continues, swap the monitors again, so you have your own back, and get another videocard. They aren't so very difficult to install. Be sure it isn't of a much higher class, with a much higher power usage, because you would need a new PSU then also.

In my pc:

Gigabyte GA 970A
DDR3 8GB ram
AMD fx-8120 3.1G/16M
550W chieftec
Rafeon HD 7850 2GB

Before i had GTX 550 ti, but it was with defect and i replaced it with radeon.
And now with it all that problems, but computer company tested hardware and told it is ok and all working well

Could it be that my powersupply is weak?

That PSU has 25A +12V Rails.

I expect this setup to be less than stable. It's much too close to the PSU rating to suggest this would be (again) stable.

Could not find anything closer. Why did this shop push the PSU so hard? Too bad they didn't put in a SINGLE RAIL PSU which sidesteps that issue.

and not working well, it's a warranty issue. Although their test says it's working well, obviously it isn't. So let them fix it, whatever it is.

Do you mean this?

1.Right click on the desktop and select select Screen Resolution
2.On the window that opens up, click on the Advanced Settings link
3.Select the Troubleshoot tab, then click Change Settings
4.Move the Hardware acceleration slider towards none to reduce or turn off video hardware acceleration. d. Click OK, and then click Restart Now.

I can't click on change settings there ( its locked ) im on windows 7
