OK this is the weirdest issue I have ever had with a computer.
I currently have a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, intel core i7 870 @ 2.93GHz
16 GB Dual Channel DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
I have 3 monitors, two of which are connected to the video card, and one that is connected through a USB interface. The monitor on the USB interface has none of the issues.
On the other two I have issues when I use Google Chrome I get weird things going on. On monitor 1, the tab bar will go partially or mostly black. Each tab will reappear if I roll over it with the mouse. Everything will reappear if I click on a different monitor screen. When I take a screen capture it sees the page as normal (no black). It only does this with chrome, not IE. (Haven't checked firefox).
On monitor 2, a rectangular ***** on the upper left hand of the browser will disappear and I can see the desktop underneath. Again a screen capture will not show this issue, it shows the browser as being without issue.
The computer has been without issue for almost 3 years. No new hardware or software has been installed in several months (long before this issue started)
To summarize this only happens with Google chrome, no other program that I have tried. It only happens on the two monitors connected to the video card. The issue presents differently on the two monitors, but exactly the same way on each specific monitor every time.
I have the most up to date drivers, and have even re-installed the video drivers. I am at a loss.
