New PC with a speed

We need to buy a new pc in our office, bought one recently with 8GB memory and 1tb HD (dell PC). It is very slow. Applications we use - AutoCad, MS Office 2012, Quick Book mainly. Which PC you suggest, speed is important to us. Thanks for the help.
