Screen Display Problems?

Alright, I do graphic design, using the Free GIMP program. I have never had problems with it, do fairly well art using it. Lately... no matter what I make, how GREAT it looks on my screen, when uploaded... its a hot mess when viewed on any other device but my own. It is super saturated and super dark. I have played with EVERY save feature on GIMP and just about every Display setting on my computer. What the H. is going on?
