When I try to do a system restore, I am getting am error message of: The disk HP (C:) has errors. Windows has detected file system corruption on HP (C:). You must check the disk for errors before it can be restored.. When I check the disk for errors, I get the message that Windows can't check the disk while it's in use. Do you want to check the hard disk errors the next time you start your computer? When I click on Schedule disk check, nothing happens. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.
