someone also told me i could just get a new motherboard and processor

no not the workstation i use it to stream as well that's what i have xsplit for and i think getting the motherboard and cpu changed would be better depending on the price

yeah i saw it but it said something about no operating system and i talked to the computer repair shop who looked at my computer before he said i have a good processor even if i get a quad core i might still have the problem and said it could be a software problem

I see if tomshardware.com has benchmarked those cards. Then I can pick the faster one.
