How to remove corrupted Google Chrome

Hello,
I need help with removing Google Chrome which is a "Corrupted" file on my computer under c:/documents and settings. I have tried to do the add/remove programs, uninstall, go through some folders that had Google Chrome in them as well as. Nothing seems to work. I even did a virus scan through Avast and I feel Avast is the Virus it self. There are 2 corrupted files for Google Chrome instead of 3. Would like instructions on what to do and how to do this removal.

You can try to use "Advanced system Care " to remove a" corrupted " file
i use it an i feel good
