I've seen that issue on all makes. The clues are not here to diagnose or give any direction but it is a big problem as folk have discovered. Support at this point gets expensive for those that just want stuff to work.
For example I'm encountering more install issues as the antivirus suites improve their protection. I'm not writing that's it but it's one of the issues.
The other common issue are registry cleaners and malware. Both seem to damage Windows in new and odd ways.
And finally we have folk trying to install versions that were not supported by their maker on Windows 7. I'm unsure how to broach that subject as some folk explode over that one.
