Two days ago when opening Internet Explorer the Google window came up with a small window with the message "Continue". This is not familiar to me and I don't know how that got into my system.
I believe this is a Java product?
Is it safe? It is a nuisance as when I surf it keeps coming up for permission to "Continue".
Can I remove Java from my programs?
Please assist.

It won't harm to remove Java, as you can always download the latest version and install it again.
