My computer isn't turning on

Alright so I have a P5N-D motherboard, intel core 2 quad processor, 2x4 gb of corsair memory (i don't remember the speed), an xfx RadeonHD 6850 video card, and a 750gb hitachi hard drive. It runs Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Also the enclosure is an Antec 900. My problem is that my computer refuses to turn on. I have taken it apart and reassembled it twice. I have double checked every single plug to make sure they are in the right socket and that the power switch, reset switch, etc are on the right pins. Any advice would be helpful and much appreciated.

When did it stop working? What were you doing when it stopped working? Have you changed anything recently, hardware, software? When you hit the power switch does anything happen?

Alright i got it to turn on but my monitor still says that there is no display adapter connected to it.
